Commissioner Robert Scott announced January 26th during a speech at the Texas Association of School Administrators’ Midwinter Conference in Austin that the TAKS test is being replaced. The boys varsity soccer team has had a rough season so far with a record of 0-10, but that doesn’t stop their strong determination to play with pride. This Thursday, prepare to watch your friends strut their stuff  down the runway.  The Prom Fashion show will feature outfits from those of Men’s Warehouse and David’s Bridal, which were donated for use of the school.  Seniors who went in for fittings at these stores will be modeling the outfits in order to try to sell them to the audience members. “David’s Bridal advertised a competition to schools who could model their dresses the best,” senior and show organizer Serene Ateek said.  ”The winner of the competition... Read more »

Next year Frontier High School will be opening inside Ben Barber and a lot of people are feeling uneasy about how restricted these new benefits are going to be. With only 200 students being accepted, is this new school really needed?
